It doesn’t normally rain in late April in the San Francisco Bay Area, even more unlikely is the hail that the storm brought. This is being caused by The El Niño weather pattern is bringing the unusual late season storms. The top image shows the rain and and a little hail photographed at 1/2000 of second at f2.8. The bottom photo is mostly hail shot at 1/100 of a second at f 14.0. The weather is clearing up tomorrow, and will be in a warming trend on Friday for my San Francisco wedding.
