Yesterday we got a break between the recent winter El Niño ( El Nino ) storms that have pounded the San Francisco Bay Area and the rest of the state of California for the last week. A jet and helicopter are out flying through the interesting cloud formation. More information on the El Niño effect can be found HERE on the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
