Trevi Fountain Rome Italy – Photographed with 15mm fisheye lens

While doing my “extensive” research about the Trevi fountain and it’s fame and beauty, I read several of those World’s 10 most famous/beautiful fountain lists.

The Trevi Fountain is one of the most famous spots in Rome Italy. As such many visitors view the fountain which leads to much congestion around the fountain.

Interestingly enough, I seen five of the fountains that comprise some of those lists. In no particular order, here is the list. The Trevi fountian – Rome Italy, the fountain at the Palace of Versailles – Versailles France, the Bellagio fountains at the Bellagio – Las Vegas United States, The Magic Fountain of Montjuïc – Barcelona Spain, and Fontana dell’Ovato, located in Villa d’Este, – Tivoli Italy ( a World Heritage site as selected by UNESCO ).

If you have ever seen the Trevi Fountain in a movie, you would get the impression it’s going to be you and just a few other people visiting at the same time. This photo was taken in June at about 9:30 PM. It’s not just you and few other people, it seems like it’s you and every person in Rome visiting at the same time.
