The newly renovated California Theatre in Pittsburg California was host to an amazing wedding that featured a duet of The Prayer by the Bride and Groom.

Just a few step from the front entrance of the theatre were some trees that made for a perfect background in the late evening. I used my Canon 70-200mm lens almost wide open to get that shallow depth of field look. Using the longer lens also compressed the foreground and background, and allowed me compose the image so that the distracting elements off to the side were not visible.
