The train ride from Florence to Pisa takes about an hour. A cab ride to the Piazza dei Miracoli where the Leaning Tower is located, runs about 10 Euros. You could walk there, but that would be a mistake. Save your energy to climb the Leaning Tower.

Once you have shown them your ticket, this is where you enter. No backpacks are allowed as the stairs are not very wide. There is a place to store your backpack where you purchase the ticket.
