Ngoc and Vince were married this past Saturday on a lovely cool summer day in the Sunken Gardens at the Palmdale Estates in Fremont. Later that day Ngoc and Steve hosted a reception for friends, family, and co-workers at the Mayflower Seafood Restaurant in Milpitas.
