This is being caused by The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pmel.noaa.gov\/tao\/elnino\/el-nino-story.html\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\">El Ni\u00c3\u00b1o<\/span><\/a> weather pattern is bringing the unusual late season storms. The top image shows the rain and and a little hail photographed at 1\/2000 of second at f2.8. The bottom photo is mostly hail shot at 1\/100 of a second at f 14.0.
