It was just about 24 hours in San Diego before our cruise aboard the MS Zaandam that would take us up the North American coast.<\/p>\n

\"Landing<\/p>\n

When you land at San Diego International Airport, you really land in and over San Diego.<\/p>\n

\"SpringHill<\/p>\n

Our overnight stay in San Diego would be at the SpringHill Suites San Diego Downtown\/Bayfront that’s just a few hundred feet from the cruise terminal and has nice views of San Diego.<\/p>\n

\"Ketch<\/p>\n

Lunch would be at nearby Ketch Grill & Taps.<\/p>\n

\"Southwest<\/p>\n

It’s rare to see the cruise ship we are going to sail on pull into port. This ship is the Holland America cruise ship MS Zaandam.<\/p>\n
