			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: center;">It doesn&#8217;t normally rain in late April in the San Francisco Bay Area, even more unlikely is the hail that the storm brought. This is being caused by The <a href="http://www.pmel.noaa.gov/tao/elnino/el-nino-story.html" target="_blank"><span style="color: #800000;">El Niño</span></a> weather pattern is bringing the unusual late season storms. The top image shows the rain and and a little hail photographed at 1/2000 of second at f2.8. The bottom photo is mostly hail shot at 1/100 of a second at f 14.0. The weather is clearing up tomorrow, and will be in a warming trend on Friday for my San Francisco wedding.</p>
