It was just a quick trip to Sonoma, CA to take a few snaps a couple weeks ago. Since it was such a nice day, I took a few more on the way home. Since that day, Sonoma was named one of the most beautiful towns in America by therichest.org. On this trip I decided to stop at the Domaine Carneros Chateau to capture a few images of the spectacular lighting that the mix of sun and clouds were providing to photograph the 18th century château-style building that was completed in 1989. The building was inspired by the historic Taittinger-owned Château de la Marquetterie in the  Champagne region of France.
The photos you see below had some over the top processing done to them in Lightroom 3. Hope you enjoy how they turned out.
